I completely disagree with taxpayers' money being used in this way, at this stage when the inspector has not yet agreed to the Garden Communities plan.

These are not “garden” towns they are simply “towns”. These would be for commuters to London. Trains already packed, roads badly congested, doctors surgeries have closed their books to new patients, rural roads already being used as very dangerous rat runs. NEGC is simply a jobsworthy joke.

The infrastructure should be put in first! Then the houses, if needed.

Roads gridlocked already and it will be worse when houses in Stanway are occupied. Where is there are concrete plans to upgrade A12 and when will it begin .....not in some distant date. Must be done now.

As NEGC have already had their plan rejected, why are they asking for more money and what is it being used for? Would be better spent improving the current infrastructure rather than ruining more of the Essex countryside and making it purely a London satellite

No more money until there is valid reason for it to be spent.

There is not the infrastructure present to support this. We struggle to recruit enough doctors to this area to cover the people who currently live here. What is the plan for increasing health provision?

I'd like to see the accounts for what this money has been spent on to date please. No more money should be granted until earlier disbursements have been audited.

3 of the 4 NEGC directors refer to the project being 'ambitious' which, given the Planning Inspector's highly critical report, means 'fool-hardy'. Wasting tax and rate-payers money on PR consultants and expensive staff when there is no viable Plan, is just madnesss.

We already have thousands of houses going up in Stanway, we have one of the busiest and dangerous roads (A120) in the country, there is no proposal of the infrastructure that is required for this development. the train station is at full capacity. shall mention the one off the main reason why this should not go ahead.... the environment I walk my dog on the proposed land, and I often see deer, owls, fox, bats, and many other wildlife. this idea is ridiculous, the only people that will win are the Developers and council members with total disregard of the home owners already here.

Listen to the people!
Do NOT waste more of our money on this undeliverable "Garden Community" folly.
Existing infrastructure is insufficient to support the current population and is unlikely to be improved enough to support the vast increase proposed.

The council's shouldn't be helping to support such an unpopular scheme that's been shown to be flawed.

The Plan was found to be unsound by the Inspector. No further funds should be allocated to the unwanted and ill conceived Plan
