Brown field sites first.
Please don't use the misleading term 'garden' communities. It's simply a huge new town placed where developers believe they can make the most money

This an appalling state of affairs. Inspector rejected the three garden communities so there is nothing for NEGC to deliver.

Thousands of people are against this project, as is the Inspector, so why is funding continuing?

Throwing good money after bad. The councils are on such a tight budget this does not seem like a good use of resource.

How dare the councils use our money on a project that thousands of people are vehemently opposed to.

Absolutely disgraceful! Public funds should be used for far more worthy purposes and not this ill-thought through project

I’m astounded that taxpayers money is used to pay for this type of expenditure. Developers should foot the bill if they are allowed to ruin the countryside.

At the end of the day this is the publics money these councils are wasting to set up LTD companies. When public services are suffering across the county.

We need a comprehensive approach to building the right houses, in the right places, with the right infrastructure. I have no confidence that spending even more money with NEGC will achieve this.
