We had medication that was in refrigerator pack delayed delivery to us for 4 days. We and the shipper did not know where it was as it was signed as received by Woods

We experienced a lost package in December. Thankfully the shipping company replaced it free of charge. Then, three days later the original package arrive but it had been opened.

Thank you for taking action on this -- the Amazon warehouse was supposed to make this sort of things easier/more convenient for Schodack residents (as promised by the county gov't) but the exact opposite has occurred.
Happy to help more in whatever capacity I can.

My daughter has a package signed by WOODS that was missing for over a week, before it mysteriously appeared in our porch overnight. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out what happened to it, in addition to wasting money on a second purchase (for items she needed).

Thought my new computer was lost. Cost me a full day of aggravation and stress figuring it out. UPS needs to correct the problem.

This actually happens with non-Amazon deliveries. My first missing package was from JC Penney's and the second was from a winery in CA.

I had a package disappear around November. Eventually the company refunded me but I would’ve much rather had the pajamas for my kids.

I have expected several packages via UPS. Our address is clearly marked but never received. No problem with FedEx or USPS.

Get it together Amazon! Once we pay for that it's not yours anymore and you need to be responsible to get it to its owner.
