This has happened to me as well, it’s been a few weeks and I’ve yet to receive one of my packages.

Ups do your job and ship packages to the correct place!! Figure it out!

I talked to the driver. If a package goes through their Syracuse hub, that hub puts everything to the 12033 zip code to amazon. No one seems to do anything. Can't even talk to a live person at UPS. Terrible.

We had this happen to us a few times already and we live 2 minutes from the warehouse.

I am waiting for two Home Depot packages delivered to the Amazon facility and signed by Woods.
