Nanoose Bay Residents were not in the original funding model for this facility and should not be now! The operating costs for this facility should be paid by the users.

I nor my husband would travel to QB to use the pool facilities. We are 10 minutes away from a Nanaimo pool. A user pay system should be in place

We already have our own swimming pool in our Wellness Centre. Who is going to travel to Qualicum to swim?

Way too far away to be of interest and use to us. Bit of an unnecessary cash cow to have our area included in this expense- that should have had better financial planning on RDNs part

Improvements to the pool are required due to poor planning on Qualicum Beach's part. They should not be asking others to pay for their incompetance

The proposed tax for the Oceanside Pool is unfair for Nanoose Bay residents who live too far away to use this pool.

Ridiculous that Nanoose would pay for a pool in Qualicum Beach. My taxes went up 19% last year! It’s time to get people focused on saving taxpayers money!

This is an undemocratic tax grab being forced upon us. This must be rejected and let the constituents of whomevers pet project this is, pay for it. We are against the proposed Regional District of Nanaimo [RDN] Bylaw Amendment 899.02. and do not agree to any tax participation for Ravensong Pool.

Nanoose Bay residents are being seen as a cash cow for this pool. Our assessed property values are out of control, our taxes are out of control, and now they want us to contribute for something most of us don't use. DO NOT LET THIS MOTION PASS !!!

Make no sense to pay for something my family have never used and never will. There are other pools closer to our house.
