Stop unfair compensation practices of the Union School District Board

Please take care of our wonderful teachers.

I have a thought. Pay our teachers appropriately and cut down on district administrators. 1st order of business, fire Mary Berkey. She is on a power trip and is bringing down Union School district.

Teachers will leave the Bay Area for more affordable places to live. The decrepancies in pay from district to district are what will drive teachers to stay here. We do not go into teaching for money, but it does take a certain amount to clothe and educate our own children. Teachers are taxpayers who contribute more than their share to a thriving community. End this disrespect for Union district teachers and do what is necessary to retain the them!

We have top teachers that strive for the best and help our students get there. All of our elementary schools just became gold ribbon schools and our middle schools are top as well. They are that way because of our teachers. If our teachers can't afford to stay they won't and then what happens to our students.

Great schools! Great teachers who care!

Please bring our Union school district teachers pay up to local standards.

The administrators and board members should have the same compensation (Health insurance etc.) as the teachers who work for those administrators!!

Great teachers deserve top salary!!

Pay them so they stay.

Let's give the USD teachers the compensation they deserve.

I have no words to express the disgust I feel for what teachers have to go through! Not enough credit or pay for everything our teachers do for the students in our district. So sad. Make a change!!

I was proud to have my kids go to this school district last school year because of all of the great things I heard about the administrators and teacher's. And I do like the teachers here. However, I will not be happy to see the teacher's that I like leaving to other school districts to receive better compensation. Please give our USD teacher's the pay they deserve and better health benefits so that they are happy and especially happy to teach our children here in the Union School District. -Richelle Castro
