I personally think that it is totally unfair to have the best teachers get paid less. They are the ones who are helping the students learn to get them a better future. These teachers are the best and it is unfair that they are being paid less than other teachers that might not even be as good at their job as they are.

I am parent, with 2 kids in the Union School District. I can say enough good things about the teachers in the district. They deserve to be compensated for their hard work and dedication.

We have somw of the best teachers in our schools teaching our children. We need to take care of them!

Our great teachers are what makes the union school district what it is! Please reconsider your position and compensate them with making sure their heath care costs are paid out fairly.

These teachers deserve to be compensated as much as the teachers from neighboring districts. They actually deserve more because they have students with higher scores.

I've only lived int he district for 3 years and I've seen these teachers bust their ass and have every opportunity to make these schools amazing.... well, they have made it even BETTER than 3 years ago! Keep them in our district and boost their compensation! I'm a tax payer and I am FINE with my dollars going to them. They deserve it.

We moved into this neighborhood because of the schools. These are great schools because of the teachers. Teachers shouldn't be asked to choose between making a living and helping our kids succeed.
School District should also know that good teachers help increase school enrollment.

Part if providing quality education is taking care of social emotional aspect of Teacher experience in the workplace. Treat them right.
