The money you wanted to 'save' will be now spent on Arbitrators and Union terms - a waste - wouldn't it have been better to reward our Educators that have helped to make our schools so desirable?! We spend a lot on property taxes and additionally generate donations and volunterism. Help us not lose faith in our public schools! You're wasting resources and skills on this fight.

There is no doubt in my kind that the teachers in our district deserve higher pay. USD itself recognizes that there is a significant compensation deficit. Our district ranks at the top in terms of academic performance, This is in large part due to the teachers. They should be paid accordingly.

Our kids are the future. Our teachers have the most important job in preparing them for the future. Please increase their pay in salary and benefits so our children continue to get the amazing teacher quality and education that we have at our Union Schools.

My son is in 4th grade now and my two older daughters both graduated from alta vista and now they're in high school. The teachers at Alta Vista are all amazing . I fully support their efforts to be fairly compensated.

My son is in the first grade and the teachers at Alta Vista are top-notch. I fully support their efforts to be fairly compensated.
