Stop unfair compensation practices of the Union School District Board

I fully support Union School District teachers. They make a difference in the lives of my children and they deserve to be respected and compensated fairly.

Honor your teachers! Treat them with respect by settling the contract.

We need these extraordinary teachers for the future of the nation, please help to find a way to meet their needs. These are basics in a normal fair job.

Please make the requested changes I support of our educators

Teachers deserve more. Seriously Consider their concerns and come to the table with a plan to compromise if necessary. Remember if you don't our future , our children our hope will be the ones that also suffer the consequences of your inaction. Stop with the NO and say let's Compromise. One year is more than enough time to find the solution.

Be fair and pay our awesome teachers what they deserve!

I support our teachers with a fair wage that values the work they do.

Our amazing teachers deserve so much better than this!! Higher scores and lower pay than neighboring district does not add up! They deserve the same healthcare benefits as the board and the administration too. They are the reason we are gold ribbon schools after all! Please wake up before we loose them to other districts!

Excellent teachers= Outstanding students. Please provide the USD teachers a compensation package that is not equivalent to just Cambrian and Morleland districts, but equal to the higher paying districts like Los Gatos, Sarstoga and Cupertino. We need to provide competitive salaries and benefits to our USD teachers. They deserve it! Happy teachers = Happy Students

We value our teachers. Listen to them.

Our teachers are going above and beyond to support and encourage our kids. They should be compensated for the amount of work they put in our future generation! Life in the area is expensive and they should be paid a salary that matches the expenses here. The last thing we want if for good teachers to leave because they are being paid such low salaries.

At think it is important to reemphasize how demoralizing it is that the board members and district office staff have their benefits covered - meanwhile any increases in salary we have had over the last 5 years have been eaten up by the cost of rising health care. It seems that if the board members have full coverage we should too.

Some of these teachers haven't only been life savers for us, but also life changers. They have my full support in their pursuit of fair benefits and pay.

School Board leaders do not need higher compensation. Teachers are underpaid and undervalued. Give teachers a fair wage.

Our teachers are amazing and their compensation should be commensurate with their performance.
