Quailty teachers deserve better

Please treat the teachers fairly. They deserve that and more.

They need a new board. What is happening here is simply unfair and disgusting. Board members get full health benefits, but teachers don't? Come on!!

I have always been proud that my successful adult children attended top notch schools in Union School District. It's the dedication of the teaching staff that makes it a great place to learn. It's way past time to fairly compensate these dedicated teachers! Pay them the competitive wage they desire!!!!

USD teachers are only asking for what is fair. The teachers in this district have worked hard to ensure that test scores remain at the top of the county. We teach our students to always do their best. We are asking the USD board to do their best to retain the high quality teachers that they employ.

They should get good salary. They r working really hard towards our kids future.

Our teachers are the FOUNDATION of our wonderful district and they should be compensated as such. Sure, "imaginariums", stem labs, and iPads are high impact and flashy expenditures but they are worth NOTHING without professional, dedicated educators to guide the children in learning. iPads can't comfort a child who has been bullied or understand an individual child's learning needs. Every time you ask us for more money through bonds, the dedicated home owners in the USD community have approved your request. Now approve OUR request to keep our district strong by compensating our teachers fairly.

USD teachers - thank you for all you do. You deserve to be compensated fairly.

I believe that we deserve to have the USD board answer to the concerns raised here.

Union school district teachers are the best and better than any other school districts. Without them I don't know how successful my children would be today. They deserve much better packages than they are getting. Higher salaries, lower healthcare costs and bonuses for helping to create well-rounded children.

My two boys have had incredible teachers at Oster Elementary School. Their teachers give their all and they deserve compensation. Oster is so successful because of its teachers and staff.

It's time to honor and support our teachers. They deserve the compensation and benefits!! Show them the respect they deserve before we lose them!
