2 Consecutive life sentences should be a minimum of 60 years. Do not release this offender any earlier.

Please stop this release. It was so cold blooded and I can't see how he's be any different. Alot of people were affected by these murders. These families deserve full justice being served. Crimes like these should not be let go early.

I live next-door to Billy Reese and he was a good person he never did anything to hurt anyone he was a very good friend it was very sad to lose him at a young age he didn't even get to graduate from high school!

I think this parole should be stopped.. he killed one very sweet guy Rick Lavarnway never hurt anyone and also two other guys who also were supposed to be his friends as well. No justice for this.

This murderer should never see the light of day. His victims didn't get time off for good behavior!! What part of LIFE sentence do they not understand. The only way he should get out of prison is when he dies. He should NEVER be allowed to mingle with society again.

This man's calculating & heartless choices have affected my entire family for as long as I can remember in my 33 years. He has no soul and shouldn't be allowed to breathe fresh air, just as Timmy, Billy, & Rick were denied the same!! This is injustice!!!!
