I was living on ridge rd firetower side when this happened. He should have gotten the death penalty so there is no way he should be allowed out on work release.

Should not be granted a work release. He should not be released from prison. He should not be able to see or speak to his family just as the 3 men that he murdered can not see or speak to their families.

William Franklin Reese aka Billy was my cousin and I strongly oppose the release of James Edward Tankersley prisoner GDC I D: 517974 into a work release program or parole. He received (2) consecutive life sentences. This penalty is to prevent the felon from ever getting released from prison and yet he has not even served (1) life sentence for murdering 3 young men.

Justice has not been served. 30 years is not 2 life sentences. If Justice is to be considered this Murderer should not be released ever... if for some reason money and a sly lawyer are able to buy his way out it should not be until he is too old to enjoy a life of freedom. Something he took from 3 men.

Rick was a very sweet guy and didn't deserve to die so badly. Please don't release his murderer before the complete sentences have been served. All the families and friends of the victims deserve to be heard on this matter.
