Terrible. It was found that CIC members are investors (to include the mayor of Bexley) in this project in the retail space. Very unethical. This has nothing to do with giving to the poor or providing affordable housing or growth. There is invested interests. Please sign and force Bexley officials and mayor out of office. The mayor has recently fired his right hand because she knows too much. Good luck Bexley residents. You all have been duped.

Anyone who lives near this, no matter if in Bexley, Berwick or Columbus, should be able to vote on this (horrible idea).

This should be voted on by the community and not pushed through without Bexley community voting.

If this is an actual rendering it's just plain ugly and does not fit neighborhood. Must better address parking concerns. I'd hate to be the homeowners right behind this and have people overlooking my yard!

A three story building so close to the road will make drastic changes to the profile of the street. It takes away from the charming small town bexley that we all love.

The proposed project is not the proper solution for affordable housing.

A transparent process is imperative for a major project with long term consequences Good process includes in-person citizen meetings and debate. It’s impossible to have meaningful discourse over the phone or on a computer screen. Start over and do it right.
Show us the plan. The full picture. What is Bexley’s goal for affordable housing and how do these project fit within that goal.

These projects are ridiculous because they don’t solve the main objective of affordable housing. So why are they trying to rush through these projects? The problems are not being addressed and there many (not enough parking, no place for children to safely play, the buildings don’t fit in with the surrounding neighborhoods, etc)

My objection has nothing to do with affordable housing. My objection is based on the absurdity of placing 30 or more children on Livingston!
