Why not use the location where Parkview dead ends? The land is clear & there is already a gate. North and South Bexley already have problems with traffic and parking.

I am worried about the traffic, the safety of the families that would live there. Livingston Ave. issues need to be addressed first.

When we replaced our windows and later added addition, we had very strict guidelines to keep with historic look of Bexley.....this building is nowhere close to the look of other housing! I also fear for safety of children on Livingston.....not a safe location.

This is not the right project for Bexley. The current and future residence deserve better than this. The projects are rushed to meet a tight financing dead line. The density of these projects is too high for the lot size. They have to pack too many people in these buildings and have tax abatements make the numbers work. There has been a complete lack of transparency from the city of Bexley, the CIC, and Community Builders. There is a lack of respect from these groups for the current residents and adjacent property owners concerns. These groups have also promoted very misleading narratives about these projects to the community. The tactics used to push these projects forward are in my opinion unethical. For example not notifying adjacent property owners in a timely manner, making residents wait for over 7.5 hours in a meeting to voice their opinions, limiting residents to only 3 minutes to speak while other projects in more affluent areas have all the time they need, dismissing facts found in research conducted by residents while creating their own narrative and providing zero facts, stacking the deck with their own experts to support their desired outcome while providing zero facts, threatening the community by saying its this project or something worse will be built. There have been no independent studies or research conducted to support this project will help people or be good for the community. BZAP wants the community builders to continue community engagement, which essentially means they will hold meetings with the neighbors to create the illusion that we have a voice, so they can then disregard our concerns. With the force and tactics used to push these projects through, I truly question the narrative that this is truly about helping people. As a thirteen year resident I am truly disappointed in the leadership of our local government. We the people of Bexley deserve honesty and transparency.

Livingston/Francis is the wrong location. Mayfield Ferndale has the capability for a larger project. First floor can offer space for Parks&Rec programs to offer mentoring and daycare..a hand up, not a handout.

I feel that the proposed projects would not be good in the long run for Bexley. The sad company has horrible reviews, and resident testimony. TCB Does not care about the safety of its residence or their needs, nor do they care about their communities.

This company has a bad reputation and comments from other projects they have done. Not being from the area, I can see why they think Bexley is a good location for their projects...we are just blocks away from where they would normally build. However, neither project considers the long-term ramifications of adding so many families (parking, schools, taxes, etc.).

Completely opposed to being railroaded into an unsuitable project with overcrowding and a total lack of parking in both locations. I have lived in Bexley for 68 years. My grandparents came here in 1904. My children and grandchildren live here. Let’s work with a highly rated company and make the public aware every step along the way.

You know 2 projects are almost a done deal, don't you?
We did not until a Facebook post in January.
Then we had trouble finding information, let alone correct information.
What we have found out is concerning.
The info around these has been obscured and misrepresented.
For example, while the Bexley government says this project offers current Bexley residents/employees to be able to live in these new projects, the developer confirmed that no preference can be given to Bexley residents (this project is for Franklin County or Columbus at large).
Bexley needs better affordable housing, not the plans that the builder, TCB, submitted for government funding.
