Stop the "We don't serve your kind here" bill in Tennessee

It's an absolute disgrace to the otherwise great state of Tennessee and our nation that, despite the fact that people have given their lives to in the fight for civil rights in this country, Senators Kelsey, Dunn and now Bell would willingly deny their own fellow citizens those very rights. Calling this "shameful" doesn't even come close to accuracy, so I guess "unconstitutional" will have to suffice.

Totally a backwards bill. Discrimination should not exist on any level in America.

Just how backward and ignorant can you become. The Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964 to do away with this kind of discrimination. Grow Up!

This is discrimination & must not be allowed to be made into law. It's horrifying to me that any elected official would even write this in the first place, violating the sacred trust given by the people who voted them in, for your own misguided & bigoted agenda. I'm so disappointed our nation hasn't progressed beyond discrimination, to truly be the land of the free & home of the brave.

I am still amazed at the number of people in leadership position in this nation who do no KNOW that separation of church and state was put in place to prevent any one religion from being favored. Religious freedom DOES NOT include the right to discriminate. This is social studies 101. Secular law trumps sacred rules. Plain and simple. No passes for your religious beliefs letting you discriminate.
