Improve our airport! We get athletes coming in from around the nation. We have Entertainers, singers and dancers from around the world! Let’s make a better statement with an improved and enlarged airport! We do NOT need a streetcar running only for a few blocks.

I ride the Orbit between Midtown and downtown often. Most of the time that bus is pretty empty. The only time it fills up is right when Central High gets out. If we have quality, nearly empty buses running every 10 minutes on Dodge, why can't the people of Blackstone walk one block North to catch it? Adding a route between the Old Market and the airport might make sense. Adding a route parallel to the Orbit route does not.

Omaha does not need a streetcar that won’t be able to even function for the months it snows! Stop approving things before tax payers know! People should get to vote!

This streetcar proposal bill is bait and switch.
Funds previously committed should have been spent more wisely. Stop robbing the taxpayer.
