I think this is useless but only will be used for a very small amount of ppl. Why not fix our streets ( otherthan “patch” them?! ) To me the tearing down of the library was another waste , why not have remodeled it ! The Willa Cather library is so old and in disrepair and unsafe! Fix things that need it please.
