We do NOT need a streetcar. How ridiculous. About as ridiculous as believing the mayor when she campaigned on repealing the restaurant tax. Or as ridiculous as having a mayor that doesn’t even live in the city she is mayor of for half of the year. When she lives in Omaha full time, that’s when you can use my tax money for the maintenance of the streetcar that no one will ever use, including the “tourists” that visit maybe 2 weeks out of the entire year.

Me my family and anyone I personally know would not benefit from the street car. Saying we are not paying for it is a lie. Maybe not directly but indirectly we are.
