This is a huge tax burden we do not need. This will not benefit Omahas growth. Our taxes already can't fix our problems and now we want to add this? Wasteful spending! Use our existing public transportation or improve it!

I am a roadway/transportation engineer. This project makes absolutely no sense as a part of the cities public transportation. Sure it would be cool, but largely useless as it wouldn't get people anywhere. Omaha is not laid out in such a way that a single east/west line is going to be useful
