Governor Kate Brown and Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler are employees of the State of Oregon and City of Portland respectively. As the Chief Executive Officer’s of the State and its largest city, their job is to serve as the main spokesperson for Oregonians and residents of Portland. The citizens of Oregon and Portland are their boss and pay their salaries.

Violent rioters in Portland have caused 10s of millions of dollars in damages, injured many residents, and obstructed many citizens way of life against their will. These violent rioters have caused much fear and terror to Oregonians with no end in sight.

Governor Brown and Mayor Wheeler have not effectively denounced this violence nor have they stopped it.

An overwhelming majority Oregonians and Portland citizens do not condone the violence and destruction and want it to stop now!

By not effectively decrying the violence and putting every effort into stopping it, our top leaders have by default encouraged the violent riots to continue against the will of all True Oregonians.

Therefore, as it is their job to represent Oregonians and Portland residents, and given that they have failed to effectively denounce and stop the violent protests, we demand that Governor Brown and Mayor Wheeler assume full responsibility for their failure to accurately represent Oregonians and personally pay for the damages done by the violent rioters that is not covered by insurance.

If they attempt to have the Oregonian and Portland taxpayers pay for the damages caused by their lack of leadership then we demand that they immediately be withdrawn from office.
