This must be rectified now so no other animals suffer abuse by the entity that is supose to help them--- IMMEDIATELY. Also it takes this agency TOOO LONG to respond to reporting of stray/lost animals!!!

I'd sign this petition a million times if I could. This is very, very upsetting news. I hope this very mean, evidently cold-hearted woman isn't allowed to just get away with this. How much further then would she go should she be allowed to continue this?!
