I had cancer 19 years ago. So have a ton of other people around here. We don't need any more contamination on our beautiful mountain!

Please end this terrible practice. Flat Rock is a beautiful community. Lets stand united and not let some one destroy generations of healthy living for greed. We owe it to our children and grandchildren to protect the land.

We don't need this in Jackson County. We have enough sick people without this.

Please share and sign. This has affected our communities here in Jackson county.. making kids sick, cancer.. sludge from human waste in Chattanooga! Just think.. people who have had radiation and are radioactive still put waste into sewers.. medications, chemicals.. how can this be healthy for our local crops?!

Bio solids are more than poop and your own dangerous household chemicals from your bathroom and kitchen sink. It is waste from hospitals including antibiotic resistant pathogens and staph, industrial heavy metal waste both deliberate and accidental. Living down wind within one mile will likely affect your health soon or later. Educate yourself. Don't let some clerk from a sewer treatment plant be the only source!

Flat Rock Community has a rich heritage of love and respect thy neighbor and their lands. As a lifetime resident of this proud little community, it is devastating to observe the land and water contamination accompanied by the horrific smell of the human waste being hauled and dumped without restrictions being followed. Waste products which are compliments of Moccasin Bend's (Chattanooga, TN) Waste Facilities. How many people will pay with their health because their community is a human waste dumping ground? How many are already suffering from the symptoms. A rep for Moccasin Bend stated that the purpose of the program was to help poor farmers with fertilizer for their crops. My response: "Poor farmers think more of their land than that." More importantly, the Bible teaches us to "Love your neighbor as yourself! (Mark 12:31)" What would JESUS do? Praying for our community and our people.

This stuff is awful! I worry about this carp getting into our water stream and what is it doing to wildlife.
