Just brought new trousers, as son grew again. Grey really bad colour choice, at least black my son may wear for a part time job, etc Don't agree with only buying online, should be available locally. Don't agree with college office wear, significant cost when young people are still growing ! Agree with idea of skirt length, trouser style.

Same goes for the college. Why are they making college students wear suits, who are young adults and are meant to be given more 'freedom'; currently clothing choices personifies this and a change that is not reflective of the college body let alone the school, is futile and pointless.

We have a right to feel comfortable at school/college and stop changing the uniform and think of the people who can't afford to keep buying new uniforms (school) and fancy office wear (college)!!

I have spent a fortune on black appropriate skirts to meet the schools policy. I am on a low income with another child starting in September . I cannot sustain these costs.

I have a problem in that you can only purchase them from their shop!!!!!!! And not any other retailer!

All my children went to plume the expense of uniform is enough without buying trousers from the shop on average my sons went through 3 pairs a year it's a nonsensical idea

Both my son's have come home and said they had not been consulted about a new school uniform. Grey trousers with a navy blazer. So wrong on many levels. Cost/colour.

Greedy money grabbing idiots. Why change a perfectly good uniform. They are just after ripping off hard up parents.

The college is meant to be a gateway to university in which you can wear what clothes you like? So why change something that is much preferred by most if not all students. Also the cost implication to lesser wealthy families to buy their children 'smart' work like clothes would be substantial in comparison to allowing them to wear what they want.

Not fair on parents at all to change the uniform. Also quite interesting that the school are actually breaching regulations.

It's not fair how our parents have to spend all of their money on skirts! It's a waste of time
