Disgusted by new uniform rules resulting in tight and unnecessarily restrictive limitations on purchase of uniform. To rub salt into the wounds having bought 26 inch waist Trutex skirt from Anglia sports and schoolwear it duly turned up labelled 26 inch but measured at 30 inches! So we have a second rate set of rules which do no adhere to gov.uk guidelines as well as a second rate schoolwear supplier. God help the parents and kids!

I totally agree with the unnecessary school uniform changes. I was a student at plume school I left a couple of years ago they use to get a ruler and measure the width of our trousers which was over the top! But it's just getting a joke now it's just unnecessary money for parents.
