I believe the cops should have to take responsibility for his actions clearly the boy did not know who was following him it could have been anybody he could have been scared for his life he was not the one that killed the child the cop hit the pole the pole fell on top of the baby so therefore the cop should have to take responsibility for his actions if he was off duty why was he chasing the car why didn't he come down to the police station if he would have caught an officer on duty in the boy would have seen a cop car I believe he would have pulled over for then anybody can chase you in a mark car if I seen a unmarked car following me I would be scared for my life and take off to if this world is crazy you never know who is following you if I seen a police officer follow me I would pull over

Zekhi is a great kid who like many other young kids were at the wrong place at the wrong time... Its such a sad travesty what happened to the young child, but the undercover officer who failed to identify himself as such shld accept accountability and responsibility dor what happened as this whole situation wld have possibly played out differently...
