He is a very well mannered respectful young man,,I truly feel that the undercover officers should b held accountable, if it wasn't for them things would of been OK,,the situation could of been handled without a chase etc,,,I'm quite sure he would of cooperate of it was done in a protocol way,otherwise these officers don't know how they make people feel if they do stop,its a juggle,whether ur going to get beat,drag,etc,,,By officers,n there are a lot of crooked officers,lieutenants, all over that take up for one another I personally know for a fact!!!? They cover for one another, so I hope justice is served the right way,CuZ they all work together,

One of the nicest kids,quiet ,not a trouble maker by any means this is an unfortunate incident. I know he is heart broken ,bring the kid home i know this is something that could save his life he did not mean for this,god bless

So it’s right for a undercover cop to put his part of wrong on a teenager now “it takes two to make an accident significance” Since a cop has the law behind him how can a teenager Go to court & try to fight a case like this one when the odds are already against him It clearly
Says “the teenager hit a pole” how do you know if it was intentional or not it’s time for these so called cops to stop getting looked at like hero’s or stop hiding behind the law & start facing the consequences as well now because of a cop actions a innocent teenager becomes a victim when it all can of been easily avoided if the same cop stop being a coward & actually serve his time for his poor judgment as well

Police need to take the responsibility of there actions if it wasn’t zehki car that made the pole fall down the need to step up and do the right thing . Instead of putting this young kid threw all this mess , when it wasn’t all his fault. Would you pull over if a unmarked car was chasing you . I know I wouldn’t either .

They should of call a regular unit to assist them with all the new killings in Waterbury I could see why this teen would panic there is alot of crazy things going on and just because the car may have look like any one can be wrong the officer should take responsibility for there part they are not above the they are to protect and serve but we know that don't always happen let come together stop the misuse of authority
