As an avid outdoor recreation user and a frequent visitor to our wonderful deserts I am requesting that you consider the impact created by making our open lands private. In an election year your decision is vital to all. I ask this not just so we can use this land for racing, but so we can have it for hiking and animal viewing. I am often in these areas to photo wildlife and plant life. Am not a fan of taking photos of the next urban development or renewable energy source. I believe these things have a larger impact than the races that occur a few times a year or the occasional off road user. While the last few solar projects were being built I did a desert clean up during this build time and the trash from the workers was picked up into 17 garbage bags. I believe in renewable energy but not at the expense of our open lands

the races that are held within this land transfer is the only reason I come to Las Vegas if there wasn't any racing in the vecinty I would not spend my money in Vegas

Nevada land is for OUR use. To do the things we all grew up doing and sharing that with our families, that’s why we live and play here! We will pay attention to which commissioners vote for this.

I learned to ride i this area. The terrain East of the cattle gate is varied and presents a good challenge to a recreational rider. The area also has one of the best gun rages with a excellent backdrop North of the Southern Nevada Lightweight mine road. The shooting ranges are well utilized weekends. Often none available. Hidden Valley is a gem that should be preserved and current usage continued.

I urge you to STOP trying to close OUR land. We use this land for special events with our family and close friends that build stronger relationships and lifetime memories. That events that are put on, bring on a stronger economy for local businesses and brings in millions of dollars for each event.
