There is a lot of land that can be developed, leave the limited recreational lands open.

I have been riding and protecting the desert for over 50 years only to see areas closed to public access then bladed down to build houses. The county is only in in tax revenue. Face it. Off-roaders don't create revenue for the county.

Open lands are important for the physician and mental health of the citizens of our valley. We also have a serious water shortage in the area. We are being told there is not enough water for the population currently living here.

The continuing closures of public lands to all types of recreation must stop. The land is ours and should be open to all.

Please dont take away our weekends of getting away with family, friends and race teams to go have a good time and ride! A lot of people in Las Vegas, California, Arizona, Utah and many other states enjoy being out in the desert and they come here to do that!! It’s already going to be crazy with the football stadium.. Don’t take away the one thing people look forward too after a long work week, which is being out in the desert and getting to ride. There is no therapist for that!!!

Taking away this land would impact my life directly as I am involved with off road racing in the jean/ primm area. Losing racing could effect business I have.

Please do not allow this to happen. This is a land grab if ever there was one. The history of this area alone is deserved of public land protections. Off road racing is only second to gambling when it comes to Las Vegas history.
