There are already water concerns in Southern Nevada. Commercial expansion will not help with that.

I’ve been enjoying this area for 42 years of my 51 years as a native of Las Vegas. I’m the second generation of four generations
creating family memories in this area. Most allowable off-road areas are an hour and half plus drive making our sport more and more unpractical. Please don’t let developmental greed continue taking “our public lands” away. If developers care so much then start rebuilding all of the abandoned and vacant land within our valley. If you, our elected officials care so much for your constituents then I would think taking care of what Las Vegas already has would be more of a priority than continually sprawling growth outward. Please keep our public lands open for those that want to get away from the husle and bustle. Thank you.

If this area goes away a group on no less than 15 will not be going to Vegas 6 times a year.

This area south of las vegas is the home to the location for testing and off roading in general not to mention off road races like the mint 400 put on by best in the desert that need to remain open to the public. Where is an algernate area if this land is shut down by private debelopment. There is so much land within the las vegas valley yet to be developed. It will bee years down the road becore anytjing is needed between primm and vegas.
