The MPC has always done a great job at zoning our city so that commercial/residential developments makes sense. Let’s keep up that good work!

Don't it always seem to go
That you don't know what you've got
Till it's gone
They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot

It’s a shame this hasn’t already fizzled out. The extra parking lot isn’t necessary. It’s all about greed. Praying for the neighborhood.

This whole thing is ridiculous...to allow a bar to dictate an entire neighborhoods future; it's shocking that the city would even consider this.

I wish we would have gotten this against the storage facility but we did mail out 3,500 cards that came back 15-1 against the storage facility ..but our city council member Jenkins did not listen to two neighborhood Associations, Shreveport Green, Querbes Golf Course Foundation.. Neighborhoods Should be consulted before votes on stuff like this.

This parking lot is unneeded, and rezoning a long standing neighborhood to appease the wants - not needs - wants of one business owner in opposition of the citizens is a dangerous precedent for our city.

This reminds me of Broadmoor Baptist Church’s attempt to close streets, buy houses, and expand in Broadmoor. Good luck fighting big brother.
