Stop the Superior Grille Expansion

Superior should not be allowed to further encroach in to this neighborhood.

I would not want the extra hassles next door. Work with what is already there, parking across the road in area where the business's are closed at night.

How will parking help? This place is always full. More parking is just going to lead to more loitering.

I am opposed to this expansion.

This already overcrowded restaurant can only cause more disruption to the neighborhood it sit in by creating more parking.

Please do not allow this.

Maybe a UFC arena is in the works !

More thought should be put into this project. Superior is often packed beyond capacity as is, and adding more parking would only serve to increase the uncomfortable crowdiness of this restaurant.

Superior already stays at max compacity with a wait time of 1.5-2 hours during peak times. I live by the restaurant and can hear the partying outside all during the evening. A larger parking lot is just space for even more people to wander around drinking and being loud while waiting on a table. Let’s invest in other restaurants on line ave and better public transportation.

There is a way to expand the restaurant without further encroachment into the neighborhood. Rezoning is unnecessary and bad for the community.

I am tired of picking up the bottles and margarita cups from Superior of my lawn. Maybe Superior will try and be a better neighbor than they have been in the past.

We live on Dillingham and often witness disoriented and irresponsible drivers leaving Superior via Monteose and our narrow avenue. The addition of the back lot will encourage traffic to exit this way placing us at even greater risk of harm.

Superior keeps eating into our neighborhood. More parking is not necessary with Uber and Lyft now in town. I support my neighbors directly dealing with this issue!

Please do not allow this to happen. If they do not have adequate parking already, then that is their issue. Don’t take away an existing neighborhood for parking. This is NOT progress.

Superior Grill is too over crowded as is.

We do not want nor need more cars speeding down Dillingham destroying our property as they speed and weave thru the neighborhood.

I have seen drunks come out of this place .... not a policeman around.... this is a nice residential area and should remain as the limits are .....no more parking lot infringing on the residents .... they don’t need it ....he should build a second location somewhere !!!!!!!!!!!! Bella Fresca did !

We should not be taking over neighborhoods for parking lots. Especially a parking lot where there is constantly drunk drivers leaving. As a real estate agent, this will do nothing but drop the property value of the beautiful homes.
