STOP the Storage Center Proposal at 1473 North Charlotte Street

I oppose the building of the storage facility.

That plot is unsuitable for any type of development. It generates a torrent of a wash anytime that it rains. It cannot tollerate being covered with impervious surfaces. It was illegally filled in several years ago, obviously without any soil conversation plan. Who at the township allowed that to happen ?!

This intersection is already a mess. No need to add more traffic to the area.

I am strongly opposed to this property being used for a self storage facility. The traffic conditions on the three surrounding roads are dangerous enough with far too many accidents already without adding to the problem with the addition of a facility with people coming and going with motor vehicles.

What a terrible place to put such a large building. It is already difficult to pull out onto Charlotte Street or across Charlotte Street there. We travel to Premiere Dance Studio 5 days a week and don't need any more problems with traffic.

While i'm not that close to see this from my house i have concerns as this area is close to the schools. The increase in traffic would not be good. The corner on this block is already an issue with accidents and traffic why add more.

Please sign and attend the meeting if possible. It's up to all of us to send a message to our officials.

I will be able to see this from my home. Too close to many homes. It will be an eyesore in addition to adding to traffic problems by falling between two difficult intersections and the Orlando/Maugers Mill intersection where many drivers ignore the stop signs anyway.

There are plenty of vacant properties in that vicinity that could be recycled rather then building yet another ugly thing to look at.

While we want to attract more business to Pottsgrove, this is the wrong location for this type of business!
