The location of this proposed building is worthless to the majority of Spring Garden Township residents. It is foolish to beleive this building is a going to improve property values. It has no benefit, and is an irresponsible expenditure. It is not supported and should be abandoned. Improvements to what facilites already exist are possible and affordable. If those in office would focus on the needs of the tax base of SGT and not building unnecessay and wasteful facilities we might find an actual way to improve the quality of living for all Spring Garden Residents. Building this silly and expensive monstrosity is not an opportunity to attract young family, if anything, it will detract any interest because of the cost. And why are officials so eager in focusing appeal to young famlies? Shouldn't they be trying to appeal to a wider variety of tax base?

Surely there is a more fiscally responsible way to get the office space that is necessary for our township than to spend the amount of money that has been announced.

Say no to this project, surely we can find a less expensive way to improve township facilities, all taxes are rising at a rapid pace we need some relief !

I'd rather not raise any taxes. I saw roads being paved last year that didn't require it.

I am 100% against any abuse of our tax dollars by the local bureaucrats. When are we going to put people in charge that actually understand money management? It is completely unacceptable that our local Gov reps even have the ability to approve such an unrepresented and irresponsible decision!
