We on fixed incomes could be forced out of our homes by greatly-escalating taxes. There should be tax breaks for us who have already shouldered the burden for so many years. Tax money should be wisely spent, not pushing heavier and heavier tax burden on residents because a nice, shiny new building sounds like a nice idea.

Irresponsible. No need for a $20 million Campus. Time to live within the means of the Township like its taxpayers must do.

Absolutely ridiculous! There are enough state and county parks in the area to cover needs of community, besides the "fixed income" age groups are struggling enough, and now to pay twice the amount in taxes within the next 4 years! I live in a barbie doll house on a postage stamp lot and pay much higher taxes than my parents in CYSD with a butler stone home and an acre of land, what is wrong with this picture. I know it has made my decision about the future easier, start researching options and sell!

I am a single home owner working 2 jobs. I would like to remain a home owner in Spring Garden Township. What do you expect to happen if taxes are raised as predicted? Foreclosures? There are many retired home owners as well that cannot take a hike in taxes.
We don't have to keep up with the "Jones" trying to have the better, prettier, most expensive township building in York County.

We do not need this proposed municipal complex. Taxes are already ridiculously high and this would only make them much higher. We live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay more.

I oppose the new municipal complex.
I cannot afford the resulting tax increase.

My hope is to be able to continue you living in Spring Garden Township. We simply cannot afford additional tax dollars levied against us to support a municipal complex that in reality is not needed. We do not have to keep up with the "Joneses"! Count me as a NO!

First, THIS is what happens when you blindly elect and re-elect Republicans without concern for the issue(s) or the candidate(s). Second, could there be a WORST place for this complex than the MADNESS that is the Mt Rose Avenue Route 83 Exit.

I support our police department and the need for adequate space for staffing. However, this proposal lacks due diligence, fiscal responsibility and transparency.
