The speeding has got to stop! South Highlands is a major part of the heart of Shreveport. A safe neighborhood is a happy and stable neighborhood. Help keep our streets safe!

Thank you for taking the interest in doing this I have been wanting this for a long time. I’m constantly calling and complaining About the speeding but nothing is ever done. They did put a speed sign up for a short period of time On Highland Avenue ,But that did not change A thing..
Mr. Rodney was my dog walking friend I will miss him dearly

It is time for this to stop!! As citizens of this city and residents in the Highland are, we are requesting something be done about all this speeding! How many have to be hurt or killed before something is implemented? I thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking into this asap.....the Highland area off Southern has the same speeding problem!

PATROL 400-700 HURON STREET!! It is the Indy 500!!!
