This country is way behind. While other ocean parks are shutting down because it's obviously WRONG to hold animals captive, here we are opening a new one. Get with the program Philippines! Show the world that we respect the nature we are so lucky to be surrounded by.

We need to prioritize what Cebu needs most. Lets keep eco-tourism to its natural ways. Lets focus on things that can actually make cebu a better place to live in.

Its a pity to the marine life that will be placed in that amphitheater. Let them live in their natural habitat. Placing them in a cage/aquarium does not promote conservation of life, their only purpose is business.

Animals deserve freedom as much as humans do.
Animals should be in their normal habitat.
