i don't think the young disney star is ready for a roll like this in her career i believe u need a more season and someone who can handle a roll like this that's just my belief they have a wrong person for the roll and the directors is wrong for not giving the family the say too all so we the people is the one who going to put the money in there pockets if NOBODY watch it they going to look stupit JS

I have nothing personally against Zendaya, however, I would not like to see her play this role. First, the fact that nobody informed Aaliyah's family of this movie is wrong to begin with. Second, I have scene many young girls' audition tapes for the role of this movie who can sing, dance, and also look more like Aaliyah than Zendaya does. One thing is for sure, if this movie does air, as a die heart Aaliyah fan, I will definitely not be watching this movie. I refuse to give my ratings yo a movie that was wrongfully created in the first place. If this movie was made with the approval of Aaliyah's movie, then possibly I would think differently. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

I know how close A aliyah was with her family. This movie has no integrity and no fan support without the family. Additionally, Aaliyah was proud of her heritage and this young lady looks nothing like her!

If you're going to do a celebrity's biopic, then it's only right to have the celebrity's family and friends have a say so in the movie. If the family and friends don't approve the biopic, then the movie should be produced

With all due respect, I'm a Zendaya fan, but I just don't feel that she can play Baby Girl (Aaliyah.) Zendaya is extremely talented, but she looks nothing like Aaliyah.

I don't agree with the actresses cast in the role, I don't agree with the network chosen, and I don't agree with the family not being involved. In order for a proper Aaliyah film to be made you need people like Timbaland, Missy, Ginuwine, Fatima Robinson, Jomo Hankerson, Kidada Jones, Dame Dash, Vincent Herbert, Gladys Knight, and her family, her mother and brother. Her legacy deserves something equal to VH1's biopic for TLC or a movie in theaters.

Aaliyah is still my angel of whom I miss and love. But I think the story deeper than what they will tell because honestly I think Jay-z and B had something to do with her death because of her rising stardom.
