If this movie process continues with out compromising or conversing about it with Aaliyah's mother or brother then this "uncle" who is moving forward with this, has then lost all his morals. I bet he wasn't even AT ALL close to Queen A, and is only trying to make this movie for his own damn financial benefit.

i loved aaliyah very much. She was truly one in a million and as a fan of hers i know that every choice/ decision that she made it went through her family first. i know that she was a celebrity and all that but she was a human being who deserves respect and her family also. I hope that the production people have a heart and think about her family because at the end of the day they are the ones who are really grieving and hurting and are the ones who were close to aaliyah and loved her.

What they have to understand is that they are causing the Haughton's a lot of emotional stress. Totally disrespectful that they are going against her family's will. And all they seem to focus on is Aaliyah's personal life. Sad! I do not support, and I applaud Zendaya for dropping out for the right reasons. She knew things weren't right. We need to put a stop to this! Rest peacefully Baby Girl. We still miss and love you.

I havent seen her movies or listend to her songs, I think. But I think it's wrong if her family did not agree to it. Still I think, why can't they make a movie in her honor... Well but, still... It's kind of wrong.

Personally I would love to see a movie about Aaliyah's life and career but as far as LifeTime making that movie, HELL NO ! LifeTime's movies are low budget and rarely makes clear conclusion and secondly I hate that Wendy Williams' name is even involved. I simply just don't trust her told uphold Aaliyah's integrity. WW would definitely focus on more of the dramatic side her life as opposed to trying to convey what her message was/is to the world

The fact that the family is not more involved is very disrespectful. Movies like Selena should be an example of how to do a movie about a fallen angel. Wendy Williams and the production are pigs!

I think it's wrong of Lifetime to make an Aaliyah movie without consulting to the people who knew her the Best. Also her Fans should have little say cause we lived Aaliyah too she is and still my inspiration and role model. I agree that Aaliyah story should be told on the big screen for all her Fans and go see Aaliyah story told in theaters. There's nothing wrong with Lifetime but Aaliyah deserves a lot more than to be Lifetimes next movie she deserves to have a box office story like Selena, Biggie, 2Pac, Michael Jackson and more. So I agree there should be no Aaliyah movie unless Aaliyah's Family, Friends and Fans agree on it.
