Although I greatly support Zendaya in all of her endeavors, I do not support an Aaliyah project in which her family does not approve. This should only be done with the family's blessing and they have not given it. This project needs to be shut down permanently.

With her family involved, this bio pic will bring out the TRUE Aaliyah. Lifetime is not enough of a platform to tell har story and i feel Zendaya, although talented, will not introduce her to those who didn't know her nor will her portrayal lead those who knew her to feel like they're seeing a perfect embodiment. I'm disappointed. we need Keisha Chante for this role.

without the family and fans being asked how we'd feel, I think the movie should be stopped. How is Miss Dianne or Rashad on the movie??? Lifetime didn't care to ask. It's just publicity purposes for them. I say STOP THE MOVIE!!

Aaliyah should be on the big screen and her parents and family should been aware....the whole cast for Aaliyah movoe should be canceled. for the fact that they dodnt have the audacity. to even speak with the family for a better personal acting position
