Aaliyah story is way too big for tv. She needs to be on the big screen next off its not right to not invol the family in the filming. To cast somebody who does not even look like a Aaliyah is more wrong. This disrespectful to family and fans. The story should be hear but it away they had gone about the issue.

1st off that Disney Girl . can't ever be AALIYAH. Aaliyah had inspired us all & we should respect her as the kind of women she is. PHENOMENAL. That lil playing Aaliyah is a mockery & needs to be stopped. why the best Artist have yo be done so wrong. they ain't put no wack Disney singer in the TLC movie. & if that lil girl is on Disney don't you think she should stay on Disney & not the face of Americas sexiest R&B female sensation. The industry just don't know what the hell to do. & Why with out the permission of her family. those who are here to protect her can't have a say ? that's extremely wrong & The director needs to be sued immediately. now catch that dirt

They say this movie is going to honor Aaliyah but if they really respect Aaliyah they would've respected her family's decision. This movie is shellfish and disrespectful. ✋
