Wild deer are always spotted here, as well as this being a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. It does not need more roads or anymore construction.

I think the road should be moved north to the proposed higher density area. It would better service the community while also being a much safer location.

The development would lead to an increase in traffic passing Rundle College on 17 Ave. It would further increase the already chaotic situation and the danger for students.

We believe this road is not required. Even if it were, it should be built further north, to provide transit service to planned higher density residences and commercial. This road would only result in a high traffic short cut through our neighborhoods. If new, high density development actually necessitates a a connector road, it would only be right to route the connector through the new development and totally wrong to impose it on existing residences.

This road connection is not required. The Study Area is only 800 m wide, so transit routes along 85 St and 77 St will meet the 400m minimum walking distance required by Transit.

This road, if any, should be built closer to 17th avenue for access to the many shops and amenities planned to be built. A road closer to a higher density housing area where there are a greater number of residents to access would make much more sense rather than running it through low density housing areas. Every time I drive through Richmond Hill east/west road to access Westhills Shopping Centre I cannot believe that the city planners could not have planned better access. I feel for those home owners every time. Now the city planners are doing the same thing in another SW community. We should learn from our mistakes not repeat them.

Agree with many of the comments. 17th Ave is already a connector road. There is no need to run a new road a couple hundred meters south of an exiting connector and ruin a quiet neighbourhood.

It seems crazy to have a connector road so close to 17th Ave. A waste of money and not needed. Sometimes keeping a neighbourhood quiet is better. People aren't saving more than 5 minutes of their time if you waste your money on a connector road. Not worth it.
