Stop the Rezoning. Keep it as single family. Enough already by the over building of apartments that leads to slum lords that just don't car.

This would significantly impact the health of the bee colonies in a long-term breeding program that is directly across the street.

we don't need more high density housing out side of campus. We need to preserve the neighborhoods we have as places for families.

No respect for serenity & wild spaces. Another chunk of vital habitat will be lost.

I'm for college students, but there are plenty of apartment complex. The needs are NOT there. There are plenty of other plots of land that could accommodate.

Our county is suffering a shortage of single family homes. This property needs to be used got its original purpose R1.

I am strongly opposed to this rezoning. Please keep the R1 zoning. There are other areas around that are more suitable for this type of housing.

I strongly oppose the rezone on West SR 26. This area is for single family homes. High density student housing will negatively affect area residents by:
1. Increased traffic. This will also impact school buses
2. Increased crime. Student housing is associated with drunk driving, drugs, and other crimes
3. Decreased property values

There are other locations obviously more suitable for this sort of development, like Cumberland on the other side of 231.
