I don’t believe this development is needed. Most importantly, it isn’t in the spirit of previous agreements with the county and township.

I agree with all the statements above. We need to retain single family housing and we continue to lose green space, stop the rezoning!

This field was zoned R1 and the community deserves the respect of keeping it R1.

Please do not rezone this for R3 housing. This area is a wonderful area of single family homes that many people are invested in and call home. We don't want a large population of high density renters in the area that won't care for the space and increase traffic and other problems. There is a lot of other space nearby that would impact the R1 zoned areas.

R3 housing must be contained or our R1 family communities will be severely fractured for present & future long term residents/taxpayers.

1. There is already an over-abundance of apartments and townhouses in West Lafayette. Lindbergh village and many other high density complexes abound already on nearby Klondike Rd. 2. Traffic amount and traffic noise have increased tremendously since we moved to our home . That is disturbing enough now. If high density development is allowed, it would be extremely disturbing.l regarding safety and noise concerns. 3. There is more of a need for single family home communities along SR 26, such as those that are here now and are sought after (Orchards, Drury Lane, Sharon Chapel, The Greens, Fawn Ridge, and Huntington Farms). There is an over- abundance of high density housing near SR 26, on Klondike, Lindbergh, and at the west end of Purdue’s campus. People who will be moving to work in the expected aerospace industry will want more single family homes nearby! 4. The property values of the single family homes in the area will decrease if zoning changes to R3, due to potential increases in traffic, safety issues, noise pollution, and light pollution. Please do not change the zoning designation!

This type of housing is not in keeping with the current infrastructure (I.e. 2-lane roads) and will create too much traffic along IN-26 & Klondike, etc.

I am strongly opposed to this rezone for the reasons mentioned above. It just doesn't make any sense!

I'm concerned a rezone will negatively impact home values and increase traffic in the area.
