too much traffic already, don't need another 24/7 traffic stop in that location

We feel the RacTrac will bring extreme light & noise pollution, invite MORE crime into our neighborhood, create even MORE drainage problems than we already have!!! It will decrease property value & quality of life that we pay dearly for to live in this community!!!! PLEASE VOTE NO!!!!

Concerned about potential pollution, gasoline runoff going into our water ways, noise, crime. Another gas station is NOT needed along Semoran!

This property was zoned for office only. A 24 hour gas station/convenience store is not acceptable in a residential neighborhood. Leave the zoning as is.

Do not want Racetrac ruining our neighborhood with its lights, noise, crime and vagrants that will hang around there or make it easier to come into the neighborhood.

I strongly oppose a 24/7 gas station to be built so close to our neighborhood. Let the current zoning remain for a professional office space!!

This would a terrible impact on our community. I live at 959 Fairway approximately 1 block from this property. I can't imagine ANY COMMISSIONER voting for this unless.......... Think hard about this!

Hopefully the peace, safety, and good of the community interests will outweigh RaceTrac's money

Professional Office is current zoning and would be a typical 8 to 5 PM normal hrs of operation with no night time traffic, lighting or noise; Racetrac if approved will be open 24/7 w/delivery trucks, who only supply them at night, with parking lot lights on all night long, to say nothing of 24/7 client traffic. Daytime or nighttime, All vehicles inc: delivery trucks Accessing site while traveling No. on Semoran, will be forced to make a dangerous U-turn at Hanging Moss Rd. and immediately cross over all (3) So bound Semoran lanes, in order to get into the site, creating possibility of multiple vehicle & truck accidents, with resultant injuries & most likely some needless deaths. We respectfully request that this property remain AS IS, with current zoning as Professional Office, which is highest & best use, wherein it is adjacent to a Fine long standing Winter Park residential community and the Winter Pines Golf Course, We have lived at 1227 Golfside for over 25 ys. Respectfully, Bill Lynch & Georgette Lightbody-Lynch

I am against the proposed building of the Racetrac gas station for all of the reasons mentioned.

Keep Zoning as Professional=Office as is now. Major concerns are drainage in this part of Fairway/Golfside and increase in crime as a result if this property is rezoned to Commercial-Retail. This proposed Race-Trac is not a good fit for a residential area.
