It is my understanding that the current zoning for this property is Professional Office Space with normal hours of operation from 8 am to 5 pm, thus no night time, lighting, traffic or noise. Should Racetrac be approved, the operation would be open 24/7. Delivery trucks would supply the tanks and convenience store at night and parking lot lights would be visible all night by many homes on the golf course. Professional Office Space is much more compatible with a neighborhood, golf course and the natural wildlife in the area. I have lived at 922 Golfside Drive, on the opposite side of the golf course from the proposed site for 20 years. We have noticed an uptick in noise since the widening of 436, especially from motorcycles and trucks and music played in the vehicles. We have also noticed increased light pollution with the opening of Walmart, CVS, and WaWa. Traffic patterns should be considered as well due to the highway being a busy one with frequent accidents due to speeding, pedestrians not crossing in stop walks, and U-Turns from all stop lights. I do not understand the need for another gas station in such close proximity to other stations in the area. As residents, we respectively as, that you, our elected officials consider our request. Sincerely, Jamieson Thomas

I oppose the Racetrac station at 436 and Hanging Moss. My concerns are noise, lighting, crime, and environmental intrusion into our established community.

Professional Office is current zoning and would be 8 to 5PM normal hrs of operation with no night time traffic, lighting or noise; Racetrac if approved will be open 24/7 w/delivery trucks who only supply them at night with parking lot lights on all night long to say nothing of 24/7 client traffic. All vehicles inc: delivery trucks Accessing site while traveling No on Semoran will be forced to make a dangerous U-turn at Hanging Moss Rd, immediately cross over all So bound Semoran lanes in order to get into the site, creating multiple vehicle & truck accidents with resultant injuries and most likely some needless. deaths. This property must stay with current zoning, AS IS, for Professional Office which is proper and acceptable to the adjacent Winter Park residents and Golf Course, We have lived at 1227 Golfside for over 25 ys. Respectfully, Georgette Lightbody & Bill Lynch

As residents situated on the Winter Pines Golf Course for 27 years, we feel that the proposed 24-hour operation Racetrac gasoline station would be detrimental to character of the neighborhood due to noise, light pollution, and possible crime increase at late hours.

An established neighborhood doesn't want a gas station in their back yard.
