Please do not put American political documents alongside scripture. How ridiculous and heretical.

Nationalism goes against Scripture in every way. Matthew 28:18-20 for example. All nations. Galatians 3:28, James 2:9, James 2:1 I could keep going and fill pages.

Let it speak for itself. Gods not stoked about a lot of things America is about. Consumerism, war, unhealthy emphasis on personal autonomy and freedom over communal responsibility, etc.

Zondervan’s translation says it this way, “Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you.”

This is nationalism not Christianity. Jesus doesn’t love America more than any other country.

We still have languages without a single verse of scripture published for those speaking those languages, and yet money is poured in to more English Bibles. This makes me pretty sad and disappointed. This should be a reality check of how internally focused we are. We should be eternally focused for others.

You are the PROBLEM YOU ABSOLUTELY STUPID NARCISSISTIC RACIST MONEY GRUBBING IDIOTS. Your brand of Christianity is a white elitist cult that has nothing to do with Jesus or the Bible and I am currently extremely angry that you are trying to promote it as something it is not. Shame on you. You are the definition of a wolf in sheep’s clothing!

The Bible is NOT centered around the US. Christianity is also NOT a state religion in the US. As a Christian and an American, I find this insulting to both my religion and my country.

The Bible is solely God's Word. Do not contaminate His Word with human's writing.

Please do not publish this God Bless the USA Bible, which will likely promote the idea that the Word of God and the US Constitution are equally important or somehow connected. While the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights are amazing and important documents, they are not God-breathed and they don't belong in a publication that could encourage the belief that Christianity is a uniquely American religion, or that the USA is somehow more precious in God's sight than the other nations of the world.

What a sad piece of news to read, that Americans are once again trying to make faith and politics hand in hand. News flash, Christianity is not American!!
