My ping keeps jumping between really high and low. And really frustrating playing a game against a low ping opera singer when you have high ping etc. 350

Eu e o meu marido somos jogadores dês do lançamento do identity, jogamos a mais de 7 anos o jogo , e durante todos esses anos nunca tivemos um server sul americano pois somos brasileiros , então a mais de 7 anos sofremos com um ping horrível que não baixa de 200 , é muita falta de consideração da netease pois existe vários jogadores pelo Brasil que amam esse jogo tanto quanto eu e o meu marido ,até já teve um torneio não oficial aqui no Brasil, mas nós nunca fomos atendidos nunca , e a netease não faz um server pra cá pq ela não quer mesmo , já jogamos outros jogos da netease que tinha um server sul americano, mas o identity nada , nós só não desistimos desse jogo pois amamos muito esse jogo e significa muito pra gente , mas sinceramente é horrível e desmotivante jogar dessa forma , eu realmente espero que vcs atendam a todos os jogadores em relação aos serves pq isso é ridículo.

Netease, please add an option to let players choose if they want to play with other players from EU or NA. Just like many others have expressed, as an EU player being matched with players from America, it is frustrating and demotivating to have 200ms+ ping when I'm just trying to play the game. When I play as survivor with this ping, it affects not only me but my teammates. As hunter, it becomes increasingly difficult for me to play properly because walking is slower and survivors end up faster than me. Ranking is made much more difficult and ping spikes can end up changing the outcome of a match. It would be fairer for everyone if you implemented an option for region-based matchmaking so that all players can have green ping.

I'm totally agreed cuz I'm tired of NA SERVER when 4 players are EU or RUSSIA...etc and one of us its american..just why ?? I want to play with green ping more often, thanks !
