I am stunned with the scope of this bylaw, and how the sneaky council has sought to enact this legislation.
More is coming, too.
They are going to render our property values virtually worthless if we don't stop this.

Completely object to more regulations and restrictions on private property. If you want to regulate a property into uselessness then BUY IT OR GET LOST!! Vote Libertarian to reduce the size and scope of government ASAP. What have we got to lose?? All the other parties want to take away your property rights. Get a copy of your Crown Land Patent and consult a qualified attorney.

I object to the COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW and HAZARD MAPPING as drafted and direct that council of the MUNICIPALITY OF NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA decline adoption of both and the proposed amendments to its Official Plan at this time.

Sharon and Ken Amy are totally against any rezoning that council is looking at. We also do not give permission to any government employee to come onto any of our properties on pdwell dr and pedwell point dr. in johnsons harbour area.
