There has to be thought on safe routes to places, the road isn't viable for such a place.

The damage to the road and potential property damage for those on the road edge is very real. The effect of wildlife in the area is also a concern. The quarry should if going ahead have a private road away from residential properties which should be negotiate with local Land owners . Respect the residents and their property.

I have lived here for 37 years and have never even thought this kind of thing would ever come to this corner.
Not only is the road not made for this kind of infrastructure but the wild life in this area will seriously be effected.
The noise volume will be horrendous and we won't even be able to simply even hang out washing due to the particles and residue from this quarry.
This must be stopped for everyone's sake.

Even thinking about putting a quarry near this area is proposterous, narrow roads that are already "patched" by the council every other month due to residential use so what will happen with lorries??
My parents neighbour is elderly by herself and DOES NOT need that in her back garden!
Please rethink this idea, there is a lot of wild life around the wooded area too which will be majorly effected by this disruption!

This is ridiculous to open a quarry on a single track road, where are the lorries going to pull over when meeting onward traffic. no thought has been given to residence living near by

Totally unsuitable proposal due to the single track country road, the upset to farm animals and the constant lorries would make the road unsafe for local people to walk on. Definitely a NO!

Absolutely ridiculous. Country roads are not made for these HGVs, or the speed they travel at due to their time constraints. There are much better places for these businesses. The countryside and area is safe for residents, families and livestock, farm traffic. These would all be significantly affected by introducing a large amount of HGVs money these roads every day. Planners need to be more aware of these areas and listen to those that it will actually affect.

The one track road is not good at the best of times and to have extra traffic, especially lorries, thundering up and down can only be detrimental to the area, people, livestock and general ambience.
