No to developing that area. Keep zoning laws the same

I believe it will change the character of the neighborhood, especially coupled with the expansion planned for the hospital

I don't believe our town can support the impact on police, fire, ambulance, schools, traffic, etc. so many units will bring.

No to the development, no to this being an area in need of redevelopment and no to spending town resources on a study to investigate this ridiculous claim.

We'd like the town to stay as is.

No to this development. If anything at all, we need more small scale commercial property in Glen Ridge, not more housing. Also, any new development must be done in keeping with the scale of the town - that is low density, not high density - and in keeping with the architectural character.

No to Baldwin Street redevelopment. Why should our taxes be used to pay for a study that would profit developers and damage the character of our historic town and burden our town's schools? Stand up against this and other threats to historic town.

This will take away from the integrity of our town. The quaintness of Glen Ridge is what makes it the unique town that it is. Always the way it was, always a place to call home. Implementing plans to tear down and build modern developments will destroy what Glen Ridge is all about; being a close-knit community that supports one another, and is family driven in it's success.

I sincerely hope that the borough does its due diligence when reviewing this project. It is difficult to see how there would be an upside to this kind of small scale development in terms of any tax advantage. It is clear that small time developers, however are making large sums of money buying up any properties in town that they can make a profit on by flipping them without any concern towards the impact Glen Ridge. Unlike Parkway House at Bloomfield Avenue, which was recently touted in the GR Voice as having been 'resisted' for 70 years as a development site by residents, the location of the prospective project is not located on a main artery, but in an area that is clearly a neighborhood. This opens the door to further development in our area that may not suit the true nature and needs of our town in the present or future. I urge our current representatives to take a well researched and clear look at this project on the residents behalf before moving forward.
